Editing Samples

We could talk for ages and pages about the importance of good editing. But some before and after examples of chapters we've edited ourselves will tell the story much more quickly. We've also helped some authors write winning proposals for New York publishers; two of these appear at the bottom of this page.

Editing Sample 1: Fictional Historical Novel, River of Reckoning

The first is an edit of an historical novel, River of Reckoning. It's a 900 page narrative of the Missouri River, that spans the period from 1350 to the present era.
